My first job in food was:
Age15, 1987 I worked as a barista before it was cool in a cafe at the mall.
What brought me to San Francisco:
My heart. It was the only place I walked down the streets and whispered this is home.
My one-year goal:
Get funding for Nana Joes Granola.
My five-year dream:
Open more facilities across the country to produce and distribute our granola.
My mentor, and the most important lesson I learned from him or her:
Jeff Hanak from Nopa the ability to multitask and to keep everything tight and organized.
