A Cooking Project chapter outside of the Bay Area while maintaining 100% happy PR clients.
My five-year dream:
National Cooking Project classes serving communities across the states and my own boutique PR firm supporting ethical food businesses.
My mentor, and the most important lesson I learned from him or her:
Eleanor Bertino; don't overcommit yourself and don't undervalue your work.
The person I'd most like to collaborate with, and the project:
Sarah Henkin - on activating responsible food leaders and businesses to create meaningful programming that inspires and supports positive change.

Community outreach and support, public relations and marketing.
My favorite thing to cook:
All vegetables, soups and fish
Rosé or whiskey
How I relax:
